I have fought the good fight,
I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

ll TIMOTHY 4:7

First and foremost I am a wife, mother and stepmother.  I must say my coaching skills have come in handy in these areas!

As a lifelong resident of Memphis, I’ve always felt drawn to my community. Currently I am involved with The Neighborhood School, a pre-K through 8th grade Christian school that provides hope and compassion, as well as excellent academics, to an economically disadvantaged area in urban Memphis.  In 2008, the school expanded its residential facility to provide more children with a stable, loving environment.  As a member of the board of trustees, I concentrate my efforts on raising the standards of our residential students in all areas of life.  I also work with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as a character coach and as a women’s ministry team leader, mentoring female athletes and sharing guidelines for biblical womanhood.

I began the journey to becoming a life coach in the physical fitness field, spending 13 years as a personal trainer.  My personal training education is from The Cooper Institute in Dallas.  As a trainer, I enjoyed partnering with clients to establish healthy eating habits and exercise regimens.  Most importantly, I found that having a sense of accountability was critical to my clients’ success.  I loved forming a partnership with my clients, helping with their stumbling blocks and cheering them on as they accomplished their goals.

I believe in practicing what you preach, so I have always maintained a healthy exercise schedule – I love to be outdoors, either running or hunting with my guys.  In my downtime, I like nothing better than to curl up with a good book.

My passion now is to walk with women who are seeking God’s design for their lives. Through coaching, speaking, and mentoring, I will help empower women and encourage them to explore their strengths, passions and value systems.  Only then can they discover and understand God’s vision for their lives and take their place in His grand design.  I believe there must be an intentional approach to daily living, to be proactive, not reactive.  In my own life, I strive to be transparent in all areas to demonstrate we are all a work in progress.  We are not defined by where we started in this life but by where we finish.

I trained professionally through The Institute of Life Coach Training and Professional Christian Coaching Institute, and am committed to continuing both my education and spiritual development.

My Vision:  To glorify God by serving my family and community with contagious joy and integrity to impact generations.

My Purpose:  To inspire and equip those who desire to live life intentionally based on God’s design.

My Mission:  Live life’s journey recognizing the opportunities God puts before me to be of service and an inspiration to others.
